We try to put the old girl on the road for 3-4 months each year, this year we really needed to do it as the clutch went on my car a couple of weeks ago and we probably will retire that vehicle.

It seems almost every time we take the Electra out and park somewhere somebody has a wagon memory that they share.
It could be that they owned one or knew someone that did, they rode in the one that their parents had and the most recent one we heard was from an elderly gent that said he used to work for GM and painted them at the factory. He also noted that they are now "rare as hen's teeth" and he is correct as there is only  one other Electra, an '89 in the area and I can't recall the last time I saw another boxy of any brand. I hardy see any of the '91-'96 wagons or sedans either.

My wagon memories are of my dad's '58 Chevy. Always like it better than the tri-5's
I can only imagine it's worth today.

Well, at least my son has a head start on my '93 wagon. It's already 21 years old. I plan on giving it to him someday. Give me another ten years with it, unless I kick the bucket first.

Welcome Greg. I'd love to see some pictures of your wagon, and I'm sure others would too. You are right-they are rare to see these days.
