I was thinking the same thing. It looks like a pre production, brochure photo. The grill looks like it was cut and pasted (pre photo shop days), maybe because they had not yet decided what grill they were going to put into production.

That's the rare 14k electrum-plated grill. Option code AU$. Only available in 1991.
