Mytery part

Can someone tell me what this is?  Blue connector in the middle of the frame.  I need the 's' shaped hose in the back.

AIR solenoid, I think.

It's part of the EVAP system.

It is the Purge Vacuum Diagnostic Switch for the OBDII monitoring, unique to the 96’s. Should be called out on the underhood emissions decal (if yours is still there).

The “S” shaped hose still shows as available:

But if not, NAPA had a similarly shaped hose in their catalog that with a bit of trimming can be used as a replacement.

Thanks guys. The hose is 12556259. This one just crumbled in my hand. So did the crankcase breather.

I bet I make Nalley & Rock Auto's Christmas card list at this rate.
