Bonne seat track

Recently picked up a set of blue Bonnes for my Roady but Im missing a set of tracks. Anybody got an extra set? Would the tracks off the 60/40 bench work? Thanks in advance...Andy

iirc the holes line up with the passenger side seat rail,. but you'll have to use a nut and bolt rather than being able to thread a bolt into a factory welded on nut,. you need another pass seat rail for drivers side,.obviously power rail if your car is so equipped.

Hmmm,Thanks gotta recheck all my rails to see what goes with what now.

I followed the article regarding installing bonnies in my Olds, drilled the b-body seat track to mate up with the welded in nuts on the Bonnie seat.

Not only is the Grail Technical/Documents page already there, but also the full web pages the Grail installation instructions were copied from.

Those brackets adapt the Bonneville seat rails to the B-Body floorpan. Since he doesn't have both sets of Bonnie rails, reusing the B-Body seat rails is the best bet.

Thank you J for showing me the error of my ways... I gave the interior section a quick look-see,and nothing jumped out at me. I will look harder next time. J if I understand your suggestion,have a bracket fabbed to use the existing Roady rails?

No need. From experience, as long you aren't starting with Limited seats, as you'll be able to reuse the existing 60/40 rails.

Just drill the 4 additional holes in the existing rails, inboard of those currently used by the B-Body seats, as directed by the instructions and you should be done.

The special brackets are only needed if one wishes to retain the tracks that came out of the Bonneville as well.

Then they are needed to bridge the gap (about 2 Inches) between the B-Body floorpan studs and the rear mounting flanges of the Bonnie tracks.
