possible rear disc swap over?

First off, does any know if our rear axles use a "c" clip?

I found an upgrade for 73-94 GM 5x5 truck axles PROVIDED that they use a "C" retaining clip.
Here's the link. It's the last item in the GM section.

My recollection is that GM may have simply stuffed the heavier truck axle under our wagons. to use the 5x5 spacing. So I'm wondering if this is want many of us have been waiting to find without the beed to buy larger diameter wheels.

Yes, the rear axles are held in with C clips.

Did anything ever come of this ?

I never spend the money on it to find out.

I've been considering these brackets to use Camaro calipers on my truck.
