Check out this salvage-yard find from here in Austin Tx this past Sunday

Makes me sick. Black-Cherry over maroon 94 LT1 Caprice at Wrench A Part Austin. Was a CLEAN and rust-free car with obviously low miles. Had wagon stickers, an Impala grill, and even a 94 Whataburger marker in the car for shows. Carpet was beautiful, so clean. Sad!

Anyone know if the power seat track on the driver's side is the same and the one on my '96 Roady wagon?   Once of my motors is sick.   Will nab it this weekend if so!

The yards in Texas seem to have some really nice cars in them . I may need to go visit my inlaws lol . We are having a b body drought here in Memphis .

Holy crap, that was a really clean car. You should have grabbed the grille right away, that's an easy $80 bill.

Does anyone here know if the power seat motor/track would be the same on this 94 Caprice as my 96 Roady wagon? My Roady is not a Limited. One of the motors that lifts the seat up and down is getting lazy, and this car is so clean I bet the assembly on this one is fine.

I'm hoping it would just plug in. Anyone know for sure?

Nope I didn't grab that back glass, but posted pics on all the wagon Facebook pages in hopes it finds a home before the car gets crushed. They only keep cars in that yard a couple of months before they squash them. Sad..

Good. I'll take the dash pad,and door panels for starters. Most of the plastic bits,that you deem worthy. Guys,who else wants some good clean Texas parts? PayPal ready,I assume? Oh,and shipping to 47374. I think thats it for me,for now.

I could go broke buying parts from that car. Dash front, if not broken is worth about $225.

Looks like an insurance total sent to the JY. That was a nice one, too bad it was hit on the driver's side.

You should also get the taillights, rear wiper arm, wing windows, and passenger's side wheelhouse.

I need to go to Austin this year. Anybody want to tag along. Has to be in the fall. Summer is booked. Going to be in Kentucky at the end of Ocotber so why not keep driving, i say.

Anyone else notice the swaybar mounts hiding inside the rear control arms?

If that grill is in good shape, I'll buy it, along with one of the front headrests.

Damn that glass. Want.

Ok my local B-body folks nabbed the hood, glass, and a ton of other parts this past week. Glad that stuff will not be crushed!

there are about 12 wagons at Gibsons auto salvage just south of Appleton Wi.
