I drive a 1991 Caprice wagon

Found a set I like with these specs

RT-S
S71
Size 15x8.33 in.
Bolt Pattern 5x5 in.
-4 Offset
Back Spacing 4.5 in.
Polished Center
Polished Shell
Bore Diameter 3.18in./80.772mm.
Center Cap Included

Will these fit underneath the skirt

Any info greatly appreciated

They will fit just fine.

The b-body hub is 78.xx mm, so the 80.77 works just fine, the bolt pattern is correct, the width is fine, the back spacing is okay, too. A word of caution, be careful what tire size you mount on them. Some members have reported rubbing with as little as a 255 tire, but others have got away with as much as a 315. All depends on how square your body is on your frame after 26 (or 27...) years.

If it were me, I'd run a 255/60 on there and call it a day, though.
