Happy Saturday All! I've got my 9-year-old nephew with me all this week for his spring break, so I took him and my son Eddie to the local cruise-in tonight. Pics are a little dark, got there at dusk, and the batteries in my camera dies too, so not as many pics as normal, but got some good one.

I took the Roadmaster. The Cutlass is still in the shop. Dad was supposed to follow in the 79 Buick Limited but he worked in the yard all day and was wiped out.

Had really nice weather for this. It hit 82 here today, and was still in the upper 70's with a nice breeze for the show. Got some really good comments on the wagon....and hope this is my last show with a broken grill. Enjoy the pics!

All the toys lined up!

My nephew Hunter showing his inner redneck. Very Happy

The guy with the gorgeous black Marauder showed up with a new toy tonight. A green Mercury Marquis with a 401 Marauder engine, the same year as his black Marauder. Neat!

Really sharp 57 T-Bird....but odd color

Wish these pics came out better. That's a gorgeous 55 Chevy sedan, bone stock and CLEAN

This guy won the beater award, 64 Malibu sedan with a dirty straight 6 and a stick. Hey it's a "bring what ya got" meet, and you got to start somewhere!

Awesome Roush 427 Mustang. I'm not a Ford guy but the exhaust note on this thing gave me goosebumps!

Super sharp '71 Olds 442 ragtop

Sharp 78 Indy Pace Car Vette

Pretty dark blue 91 Caddy Brougham

Walking the rows at the show

Nicely detailed new Hemi Challenger

Basket-Handle Supra Turbo

Sharp new Mustangs

New Aston Martin - 007's toy?

442 and Dart

Hot 3rd gen Trans Am

Huge speakers in 56 Chevy

Awesome Vette

Cool hot rod

Doc made it out in his Maverick

A "Mariah"....Model A kit car on a Pinto body. These were sold at Ford dealers in the late 1970's. Ha!

And finally check out this '84 Monte SS. Rudy, the owner, came to Austin from California and this is his project. Nice guy, was his first time at the cruise-in. The car is an '84, white over blue interior. Neat project!

Fun show tonight!

-Mike
