Thought this might be a good way to still keep some load assist without running air bags or air shocks... I currently don't tow anything but might use the car carry heavy things home from the harware store http://www.autozone.com/autozone/catalog/parts/partsProduct.jsp?skuDescription=Gabriel+Load+Carrier+/+Shock/Strut+-+Rear&categoryDisplayName=Suspension+%26+Steering&fromString=search&itemIdentifier=103564_11091_6630_4610&productId=103564&sortType=null&parentId=cat30059&filterByKeyWord=shocks&isSearchByPartNumber=false&navValue=14600661&categoryNValue=14699999&fromWhere=null&itemId=prod60067&displayName=Shock/Strut+-+Rear&store=2922&searchText=&brandName=Gabriel+Load+Carrier

Do you think it will jack your rear up like a wheelchair van? They look pretty HD. Interesting... _________________ -- 1995 Jadestone Limited RMW from Atlanta (pushing to complete...) -- 1988 Cavalier (Daily Beater aka 'Lil Buddy)

they will raise the back end of the car somewhere between 3/4" to 1 1/2" inches empty. IF ya like havin a "70's "Rake" (read rear end jacked up) you will love these. If ya dont, then you wont like how it sits empty at all. Also, look for a much harsher ride empty also. Larry
