I was looking under the hood of my 95 Caprice wagon and noticed that the rubber grommet that connects the throttle cable to the throttle body is broken in half. Its the rubber connector thats on the end of the throttle cable sheath. The cable still works freely as it passes thru it, but I'm sure this isn't really a good thing. Is this common, or did I most likely lean on it when i was working under the hood on things?
Is there anywhere I can buy this new, or is it a used only item?
Thanks in advance!
