All of the fans are the same. The only different parts are the speed controllers. If you have the manual AC, the controller is a bunch of coils and resistors (one connector). If you have the electronic AC, the controller is a transistorized unit (2 connectors). If the fan itself is white, it is an aftermarket unit, and about 1/2 inch shorter than the OEM part (I found a white one at the local yard). It is nearly impossible to swap the squirrel cage from one motor to the other, so just get the black fan. The white one will not blow as hard as the OEM fan because of backflow through the gap. You have to remove the kick panel on the PS to access the 3 7mm (head) bolts. Grab a pigtail when you are removing the JY part to test it with a battery before you leave the JY.

If you need a sail panel, I have a pair. Check my parts for sale thread.

Must be something in the air, mine stayed on while car was off, then it stunk and just died. Could be I need both, the fan and the module. Lucky for me we still have one car left to get it from. Sold the other one to DBeaSSt the other day.
