Hey guys:

I've been working on an inop. keyless entry on my '91 RMW.

I have grounded the lead both with the key on and without, and so far have not gotten any response. I have verified that the box is there and the car is of course coded for keyless entry.

Are there any test procedures for the system? Is the power for it fused?

I would like to add that yes I did follow the write-up posted on the site, and the programming lead on my '91 RMW was where the FSM states it is...behind the passenger-side trim panel.

Thanks...
