I Hate Bad Drivers

Found this present today. No note, no idea when or who did it- However, I have a feeling I know where it happened. Side of the bumper is pushed in. Less than a year after I paint the car I already need to do body work. People suck.

Thats a damn shame,the only way you can have a nice car anymore is if you park as far away from the store as possible.Oh and a portable garage would be nice too!

I had a 89 COnversion Van and I was parked and getting out of the van. A guy in a brand new mustang vert. backed up and hit my spare tire on the rear door. It had a metal cover and his spoiler creased it. I ran to the back of the car and said WTF dude? He says to me
oh you shouldn't have backed into me. WHAT? My key was out of the ignition at the time!
He says, well I'll let you go this time and starts to drive off. It's a parking lot and I chase him on foot up to the stop sign. I say a few things to him and he's a DICK. I proceed to kick the **** out of his quarter panel (brand new car with temp tags) behind the door.
He freaks and speeds off. I realize that this is going to cost me some major coinage (I jacked up that quarter good ) and run back to my van and HAUL ASS out of the parking lot before he stops and looks. I got away clean. Hoooray! I over reacted but I feel Karma was served.

I am considering putting a video recorder in my car. They are available on ebay for about $75 and up. They mount easily, and have both front and rear facing cameras. They record for hours, and can catch the perp in the act. You have to connect them with a switch to an always hot wire so they will run when you are not driving. They are also nice to have if you are driving, and someone whacks you. You have video of the incident. I am considering mounting it from the front of the trim for the vista window (hanging down a little). That way I can get a good view without it sticking to the windshield, and advertising that I have something worth breaking into the car to steal. I do not have to see the screen to use it. It would be nice if a system was available that had the cameras separate from the screen, and recorder.

I had a 72 Fury, and got it painted (white)...less than 2 weeks later, parked in the nether regions of a parking lot, 20 spaces from the nearest car, a black car parked right next to it (the only other car within 20 spaces), and there was a black nick in my door, right where his door would swing. He got a keying, and I left. It is almost like they do it on purpose.

Did something when I just a kid and this jerk pushed his pinto wagons door hard into my cherry 74 Capri TWICE!I had parked well away from the crowded area at my local MickeyD's and this guy backs into the spot next to me.I was sitting in the car when he pushed his door hard into my passenger door and when I yelled at him he smiled and told me dont worry SON its just a car.He then bent over to get something out of the back seat hitting my car again hard enough to rock the car.The paint was chipped down to bare metal and as he was waddling across the lot I kicked his outside rearview mirror off his door and yelled "dont worry its just a car".There was a telephone pole truck outback full of guys eating and clapping their hands and laughing at this idiot as he tryed to run quickly into MickeyDs yelling he was calling the cops.Realizing I was going to have trouble explaining my actions,I made a hasty retreat out the rear exit.Found out from a friend that worked there when the cops got there and asked the guys in the truck if they could descibe my capri or a plate number,they said they nothing about me.Could have ended badly but I was lucky that day and he deserved what he got and then some.
