| Just wondering if anybody knows where to look for the rear defogger relay? when i hit the button on my climate controls, an icon lights up, but i am not getting voltage on the wires that connect to the shocks. no blown fuses, so the only thing i can think of is the relay. i have a new one, just dont know where to look for it. | |

| Most likely it is the shocks that hold the window up. Make sure you have continuity from one end to the other. Sometimes paint causes the problem.

| Is there a brand that works better than others? This seems to be a common problem. | |

| I have had good luck with the StrongArm 4762. Use them year round and the defroster has worked well so far. $18.58 on amazon. Link | |

| Don't buy the monroe ones. The defroster never worked for me and the mounts broke on one right out of warranty, and the other one sticks randomly and won't open | |

| i checked for voltage on my rear window again and there was none. so, for shits and giggles i removed the passengers side "end cap" on the dash and there was the rear defogger relay!! so i replaced it and now i have voltage at the wires on the shocks. the only thing that worries me is one wire gets a little hot. other than that, i hope i can test them soon! | |
