Mirror Differences?

I thought I read somewhere that there is a design difference of some sort between 93/94 and 95/96 mirrors. Never seen them side by side.

1994 and before are on the door panel, small, and visibility is not great. 1995-1996 mirrors are at the window corner, bigger, and work very well IMHO.

Yes there are two mirror styles. I prefer the later. When I had a 94 one of the first mods done was doors from a 95. Anyways, here are some actual pics that show the differences.
