1990 Buick LeSabre Estate Wagon in Virginia

Hi All,
I learned to drive in 1982 in my Parents 1980 Buick Estate Wagon. Recently I was visiting my Mom in Florida when a 1990 Estate popped up on FB Marketplace. Next thing I knew I was handing over $6000 to a complete stranger. The car is in decent shape and we drove it 800 miles to virginia with no issues, cold air blowing all of the way. Still it needs a lot of work but boy does it bring back memories.

Hi again, Dave here replying to my own post. Is this strictly a 1991-1996 Roadmaster forum? I’ve been browsing and pretty much everything I’ve read is related to those years. Lots of great info that crosses over of course. I’m enjoying the forum.

Welcome to the forum, nice looking FL wagon.

True, it's mainly a 91 to 96 GM wagons, BUT we have a section for boxy wagons.

As you said there are a lot of similarities between the years. Me, I have a 94 Caprice wagon and 2 Cadillac Fleetwoods, which have a lot of similarities also. Stick around.

Nice looking ride with a lot of potential. My 91 has a different shape but probably more in common with your 90 that an LS equipped 96. I imagine it has a 305 with a 4L60 trans. Welcome and I think you';; find useful info here.

Nice looking wagon. Welcome. the boxes and bubbles have alot in common as the floorpans are the same I'm told. Pretty sure the frame is too or very close...

As I recall, that should have a 307, if the oil fill is up front in the middle, then that’s what you’ve got

You can determine if you have a VIN number with a certain letter in the middle
You can read up online.
The 307 was most common.
I have some new parts for that one if you have the Olds motor.
