Which of the 2 cooling fans are the primary one?When AC is set at 60 and blowing cold are both fans suppose to run? On my 95 the drivers side would run intermittently and the passenger side never did come on.The car had been idling about 5 minutes and the passenger side still not running? Thanks Jim Gordon

Drivers side is the primary. Secondary fan won't come on until around 210*
unplug the temp sensor on the water pump and both should come on.
