Do you like the wide white?

I'm torn with the ideal that it needs to be smaller, but kind f like the wider look. I found a set with a 1 1/4 width and may get those but not sure. When I get the car done it will be much easier to tell but for now this is all I got for a pix.

Oh Yeah here's a Before and After of the rim. Bead blasted then sanded by hand with 320,500,800,1000,1500, and then finished with 3000 to achieve the look. 2 hrs worth of sanding.

Wow, that's some dedication! Worth it though, they look great!

Love the wide whites. We had them on all our Funeral cars including suburbans and it was a sad day here when they were no longer available. Those wheels are not the same without them. My opinion only of course. Lorne.

Whatcha going to do about the hood? Something special in the works?

Are you also gonna clear the wheels? That is a lot of work...but will you need to seal it up so it won't dull?

As for the hood I just didn't paint it yet. Doing it in stages to make it easier for me.

Yeah I have got some acid wash for polished rims coming and then I will clear them.

Wish I had all 4, but I don't. Need to buy tires and I wish I could find the 1" white wall

I only want 1" not the 1.3 which is about 1-5/16"

Just sent them an email since I just noticed they custom cut there own white walls. So just maybe I can get what I want.

Well it looks like I will be getting my 1" white wall. The company said it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the link Pat.

I like the wide whites, but even regular whites would look good on there!
