Tire size for Buick Road Wheels

Picking up a set of the above, 15x6 what size tire would work best? I am looking for a raised white letter tire to go with it. Thanks.

255/60 or 235/70. But those both may be a touch wide for a 6" wheel. I don't know that you'll find a 225/75 in anything other than a black/whitewall.

Yeah, but finding a RWL 235/70 these days will be a tough search!

Firehawk Indy 500s are still made in 235/70. So is the Primewell PS860.

It's the 225/75 where you can't find white letters, and then 235/70 you can't find whitewalls.

Firestone makes a whitewall in 235/75 We have them on our hearse at work

I just bought another set of Firehawks in 235/70 a few weeks ago and Firestone here told me they had just stopped making them in that size. Some of the stores still have them but when they are gone they're gone. The Primewells are still available. I hate it because I put 85k miles on my first set of Firehawks.

So not cool I agree. Well I know there truck series tires have that size but are OWL so that is why I bought the rubber paint for the white walls.

D/w Sting, they're still making Firehawks. Mine were ordered and shipped two weeks ago. Firestone is making them on an as needed basis. My friend is a manager at a tire place, he spoke to the Firestone rep. They're making 500's in small batches and when they sell out they wait til they have enough orders to do another run.
