WagonFest New York - 2012 Pictures

All good thing must come to an end.

The track had some paving issues, so the speeds were down a bit from last year, but the
pace truck didn't slow much for the corners, so we all still had fun.

I forgot to take pics Saturday until just about everyone was gone.
It rained all morning until about 11-11:30am, then the sun came out, and we couldn't have asked for a better day.

Wow you guys saw a pale yellow Roadmaster at that car show!!! That is sick I have only ever seen one that color! Man I'm jealous!

Here's few from the trip to the Glen.

We met at a supermarket parking lot in Geneva.



Several members of this forum decided to have an impromptu contest to see who could stare at a pole in the parking lot the longest. Now that I think back, this must have been the time when that evil Tim Swink hypnotized everyone into voting for his car! SEE he's not looking at the pole himself. He's looking at Pat , which really creeps me out.

( not really, but careful cropping makes it look that way) We can honestly say we were able to put some rubber down on the track before the Nascar boys were able to!

My contribution to the pics. I did miss some cars, kept getting distracted and a few left by the time I finished.

In other news, this car's driver appears to be getting a bald spot.

Chris I never did a dam thing to my car this year. So now I have a whole year to change it over. Myself and few others sure wish you were there. We all would have loved to see your ride.

Hey dumbeau,the bald spot has been there a while but I am glad you brought it up first.And now
on to something I would love to see.While I know many of you pretty well,I would dearly love
to see each member standing in front of their wagon holding a readable piece of paper with both
their real names and their forum name.Would enjoy being able put a face with a name and wagon.
Probably kinda late to be bringing this up!

Well...I hate you didnt get the secret done, but glad I didn't miss it! I really wanted to show off my wheels to you...hospital bills did me in this year. I will see you though, have a feeling!

JaySS's engine bay, I love all the one off, and custom parts on his wagon, but yet still uses the pvc intake! Still one of my favorite cars Jay.

I bet that "coil above plug" modification was tough to make.Jay,did you notice any differences with your engine after the above modification?I am
hoping your gas mileage doubled or better!

Just show to an event and you will no longer need to wonder, to bad you didn't make it to Front Royal last year we were right in your neck of the woods.
