Long time lurker, first time poster

Hello forum, here with my 1995 roady wagon aka Quickssilver. Bought it from a fellow long roof/ISSF member in 08, sold her in '10 and bought her back the summer of '12! Looking to finish what i started, this wagon is the 4th ive ever owned(first RMW). Heres a small overview of her journey from start to finish

Her first bath, best 600$ ive ever spent! Prev owner from jersey(they actually sold me another caprice wagon same color 93 for 100 bucks)



her first new pair of shoes



I then removed all the woodgrain and primered her myself, ill never do that again



Added a 4" cowl, but that plan didnt last too long


Sent her in for paint/body work







Her first paint job! Wasnt the shade i wanted because i was scared to go brighter

Traded her TT2's for some chrome stocks





Tried out the suncoast hood, decided to go with a different plan




Her first exhaust job



Added A 9c1 Disc rear with 3.73s n posi



20% in the front 5 in the back

Ok finally getting to the real fun! Added the hood i ultimately wanted, the VFN



Lowered her...Eibachs in the front, SS springs in the back

Had them black out the grille, i looooved this look for the roady grill

Finally added the 20" Boyd Slayers. this mod was a year in the making, had to add the 9c1 rear to make these fit because theyre off a truck. Plenty of folks told me they wouldnt fit even with the new rear because i needed adapters. But my math proved correct and i even had space left for wider tires





Took out her old interior, added the SS interior. I had intention of doing a full 96 interior shifter column and all.

Almost nearing the point of sale, but before i had some fun with it, she loves to get wet ;-)






These were he finest moments, lots of beautiful unique wagons in my city and this is one of the best!




Parted her out before i sold her smh (my next car was a magnum RT which i loved as well but not like this)

I did enjoy the new wagon, i will buy an srt one day





Summer 2012, i let love go and it came back to me!






And how she sits today... Added an original SLP hood, i must say i like the look maybe not as much as my VFN just yet, but once its painted that may change




Also add the black bonneville seats and will go with a bravada console/shifter when i find one. Interior will be black/grey/suede. Shes still a work in progress but shes coming along slowly but surely. thanks for reading fellas!

Thanx man, and i dont know lol i swore i made a profile years back when i got my first wagon but i guess not. Im here now tho plenty of good info here!

Thanx, shes here to stay now... It was the CariSSma pics on Facebook that led me to joining the forum finally lol

Yeah tell me about lol and thanx. the boyds were 20 x 8.5 5x5.5 bolt pattern i never knew the backspacing or none of that. I remember folks on the forum telling me they wouldnt fit glad i just took the chance because ive gotten numerous pm's about the mod as others with wagons want to run wider wheels in the back and were nervous to do what i did

Yeah thanx man it really is an interesting journey with her. I was thinking of going with some hotchkis but i dont know if it will give me the raked look that i already kinda have. I might just stick with what i got these philly streets are rough on her suspension
