Fixed an idiot light Empty
PostSubject: Fixed an idiot light   Fixed an idiot light Icon_minitimeMon Jan 18, 2010 7:23 pm

I have been plagued with the low oil light ever since I got my 92 OCC. I finally got it to go out without removing the bulb. There is a module clipped to the dash support under the passenger side of the dash, and after replacing it with a used module (There are two on some models...it is the thin one ), the light went out. It did not go out until the second start, because the unit samples the ground intermittently, and after the second start within 15 minute time frame, it samples at 12 seconds. No more low oil light.
