Ok I just evacuated and pulled a vacuum and charged my a/c, blows cold when idling and at low rpms, but switches to hot with more throttle, like when passing or pulling a hill. I had noticed in past with the climate control completely turned off and higher rpms could feel heat coming out of vents, its a OCC by the way

2.75 what? Pounds? Cans? Most B-bodies need less than 2 lbs or around 4 8oz cans.

What do the pressures do when you accelerate? If the HP side is skyrocketing, the safety may be cutting out the compressor. Does the compressor run steady, stay off, cycle slowly or cycle rapidly? What happens if you mist the condenser with a garden hose?

Did you allow it to recycle the module (disconnect the battery and reconnect)? You may also have a bad vacuum manifold, or the module is not controlling it correctly. If it is a 91, you have a vacuum operated valve under the hood by the wiper motor, that controls the water flowing through the heater core.

I would look at the vacuum system, and let the module cycle. You should also run the temperature all the way up and down to calibrate the system.
