free caprice bumper fits 91-96

I bought this for my 95 caprice and never used it and I've sold the car,
it's used it's dirty it's dark blue the paint is poor but its useable and free
I'm in northern new jersey you can pick up or I will deliver within reason for gas money
I would rather see someone put it to use rather than throw it in the garbage

if only you were closer, unless you are going to attend NY wagonfest in july?
