Hello all!
Picked up my first B body wagon (91 Caprice) a couple of weeks ago. My plan is to make it a dependable daily driver and sell my newer Sierra pickup truck when I've got the Caprice ready for prime time.

It was built with a 5.0 L03, but previous owner tells me he put a 5.7 L05 in it. I have not yet confirmed that is true, but it runs harder than any of the L03 cars I looked at before buying this.

I have discovered more things wrong with it than I expected - it even quit running on the trip home (E-way traffic jam - went from 70 MPH to STOP NOW and it stalled on me).

BUT, I always thought these were cool looking cars. I'm gonna ditch the body side moldings, add true dual exhaust, touch up the paint and drive the snot out of it. It came with Impala SS rims. I don't think I'm going to add the bucket seats/console mod; I just want to add a Buick storage armrest (anybody got one they want to get rid of?).

My brother and daughters have named it Clifford.

Happy to be here!
