I have a 1990 Buick estate wagon 28,000 miles. its absolutely beautiful. The only problem I have is, The electric door locks, interior courtesy lights and electric mirrors stopped working all at once.
My book doesn't list what's on what circuit breaker and looking at them doesn't tell me much. I will start pulling them one by one if I have to, but their so far up in there their hard to get out and in.
Thought it may be a bonding strap? any ideas?

Unless you have a wiring diagram, you are going to have to pull each fuse and check it for continuity. There is no such thing as a bonding strap. I believe you mean a grounding strap, and there is no grounding strap inside of the passenger compartment. Check your battery ground to the body. You can also check the individual grounds for the interior of the car, but I do not know where they are. The only way you are going to find the locations is by looking everywhere, and if you do not have the wiring diagram, you are in the dark there. Try a Haynes manual, or get a FSM for the car on ebay.

If it's simply a fuse, you'll find them just inside the driver's door.

Open the driver's door, look for the panel cover on the side of the dash that the door would normally hide. It's pops open with a little help from a screwdriver.
On the inside of the cover should be a list of what each fuse protects.
At least it's place to start.

The is a major circuit ground just below the hood release lever, covered by a small panel.
