Yes, and fairly easy. It might be better to check the voltage at key on, ignition off, as that is what the computer is using. There's three wires. One is the 5 volt source. the other two are what you need.
Place a volt meter across them. You can stick thin pointed probes into the back of the connector. At closed throttle you should be at +0.45V Asyou open the throttle you should see a steady rise in that value up to near +5.0V. It's if inconsistent or jerky, you've probably found the issue.
If you check resistence, same idea of seeing a smooth in crease in values.
