| I have to admire your bravery to let someone cut on your wagon like that,it turned out beautiful. How long before you can get it wet when you handwash it? |

| Let that sunshine in!
It's funny, a kid back in my high school 20+ years ago had a Renault Fuego with a top just like that.

| That is pretty slick! Where did you get the top? Was it a kit or custom made?

| I love your wagon! Painting the clunky bumpers of that era really cleans it up. You have taken an otherwise dull wagon and made it really cool. I talked to a guy ata good guys show who bought a big roof like yours from the same company and liked the service he received. Congrats, and enjoy the sunshine. | |

| Legit question: how much weight did this cut from the car? Did you have to do anything to it structurally? How does it fare in rain? |

Ray, a guy I talked to at a good guys show had a similar long sun roof on his mid 30's chopped sedan, from the same company as this guy. It looked awesome, and like me, he said people constantly asked him about it, and if it leaked. He lived in Illinois, where it surely rains, and he said it didn't leak a drop. He even said with the top open it had very little air noise. It is designed with over an inch overlap from the metal frame to where the fabric stops, so no water gets through. Look on the website listed in this conversation, and you will see at least 2 wagons like ours with a huge honkin' sunroof that looks cool as hell. I think they cost about $800 for the biggest size, which of course our wagons can take. | |
