I have the ones off the ratmaster stored away somewhere and they would work on your occ. that said they were put away pre the accident and my memory isn't what it was prior
I'm interested, Customs and Importing to the US would be a pain, how often do you cross the border?

| My hands and forearms now look like I tried to wash a dozen wild cats, but I got new plugs and wires on the wagon now. I was still having a missfire and some stumbling/hesitation once the car warmed up, I read up all I could find on this subject here and on the other forum. I noticed that most say to stick to AC Delco wires and plugs on the LT1, and to use a tiny dab of dielectric grease in the boots/wire ends. I knew that my wires were only 3 years old.I had earlier replaced the plugs and wires in 2012 when I brought the wagon home, but I did not use delco wires and plugs. part of me did not want to believe that my three year old wires could be the cause of my missfire/stumbling , but they weren't delco brand wires. My plugs were only a year old and were delco. I put in all new plugs checked the gaps, put in new wires. I found that one wire's casing has some rub wear but not through the casing, and two of the wires on the passenger side had swollen boots at the opti from all the oil the old opti/timing chain cover had sprayed on them in the past three years. All 8 of the plugs looked clean and had normal wear, they could be cleaned and reused but I still replaced them.
Well the engine runs great no more missfire or hesitations, it's like a whole different wagon. the wagon is now a lot of fun to drive much like my 94 rms. I'm still not sure if it's the AC Delco brand wires and plugs that made the differance, or that it's just new plugs and wires......

| Sounds like those new wires did the trick but I don't know if the manufacture had anything to do with it.Glad its running like a LT1 should. |

- Well the use of US pennies as a block off on the manifolds did not last long. A fellow forum member told me this had worked well for him on his car. US pennies have a zink core, and it's melting point is less than the temp my manifolds reach when highway driving......and the car got loud all of a sudden.
That may have worked if they had further explained that not all pennies are the same. The U.S. penny was changed from mostly copper to copper plated zinc in 1982. You would have to use ones dated something before that to have some assurance that they would live. Your NOS GM block offs look suspiciously like Dorman replacement oil pan drain plugs (which are more commonly found serving that purpose).

I could not find the information as to what year and model of oil pan drain plugs to look for, and none of my local jobbers could match the thread and size with anying they had in stock.

| the front passenger fender has been an issue ever since I bought this wagon, the original was bent up and hammered out So I fixed up a local used fender off my part's car but with in months of painting it some rust returned..... and now two years later thanks to Joe T I got a brand new fender and it will be replacing the rusted one that's on the car. | |

| Looks good, and the body side molding sets it off. Also gotta say you did a fine job making it your own. Nice work Pat.

Right from Trim Guard, they are local to me and I believe they supplied GM with the Impala ss door spears, it came black and I had to scuff and paint it body colour
