The orange car was handling like a sloshing bucket of water,.

so i added some shocks,.

I had this laying around,.Dramamine is expensive, so,... Image_zpsfumblnn5

I njeeded to come up with a way to mount it,.so off to the neighbours,. i found some solid steel bar stock
1"X1.5",.. i cut a couple of pieces to fit inbetween the bushings on the control arms,. damn stuff is heavy too,.

i cross drilled them and the control arms,. then drilled and tapped the sway bar mounting hols for 1/2" bolts,.

I,m pretty sure its taken the flex out of the arms,. and i,m fairly certain the control arms won't break with the big bar,.

If that's the old solid hotchkis bar, it's more likely that IT will break before those arms do.

Nice upgrade.

The lower control arms are a bit heavier now,. maybe too heavy? about 22 lbs each,.

but the mod was cheap,.

Hotchkis will stand behind the bar,.
