| I have a 1994 wagon in green grey metallic color 18u. Between the rear window and passenger door driver's side is a column post(s)/cover. I have found a white one but would like to avoid painting it. From inside the door opening you can see the screws holding it to the body. It is window height and wraps around the door jamb to the window. I am covering the outside of the posts in stainless but would like the jamb to be the same color as the car. THANKS Bert | |

| Those are called "sail panels". it is a common issue. You may be looking at painting them. Quick and easy to do. | |

| By the time you find one that you do not have to paint, your wagon will probably be ready for the yard in the sky. Paint it, and get it over with. BTW, there are three posts that hold it on between the ends. They will not come out of the door easily, and the glue that holds them to the panel is crappy. You should use window urethane to attach the panels to the door, and forget about the T pins. Just prep the surfaces properly for the window urethane. Put the tapered spacers in their proper places to keep the contour correct. Use the top and bottom mounts to align the panel, but do not rely on them to keep it in place. | |

I can appreciate your comments about painting the sail panel but somewhere there is a green grey metallic parts car. Anybody seen one? Thanks, Bert
