| The guy I bought the Impala SS wheels from last night is looking for a set of good 91-92 Custom Cruiser tail lights. If anyone has a spare set, please let me know!

| I have one that I painted to match the body, and the lens needs a good coat of clear. I would sell it for $25 plus shipping. | |

| Aren't the CC taillights the same as the Caprice and Roadmaster? I never noticed a difference, Nick

I never noticed a difference, Nick
All 3 wagons have different tail lights. The difference lies in the size of the bezels around them to accommodate the rear bumper covers which are also different between all three models. OCC tails, if I remember right, actually say "OLDS" on the back of them somewhere, if you ever find a loose set and aren't sure if they're correct. Olds cars also got red bezel tails in '91 only. None of the others ever did that I can recall.

| I had no idea. My 92 CC rests in storage and needs a taillight. The black plastic ring broke off on a trip. I picked up a decent set of Buick taillights at a junk yard and have them sitting on shelf for the day the CC gets back on the road. I guess they wont fit. At least now I wont be surprised. That was money wasted. They sure as heck looked the same when you dont have them side by side. I thought they would be the same and the difference between the bumper and the light would have been accounted for by that plastic spacer. I know that is different between cars. Oh well, some CC will rot into the ground here in the northeast and I get the taillights. Anyone figure out a way to make them look new again? I see alot in the yards but the red plastic lenses are no longer clear an bright. Thanks Nick

| They "kinda" fit. It will get you by until one pops up. (Speaking from personal experience.) | |

Yeah they still fit, they just might leave a little more or less gap at the bumper. I have a RMW bumper cover on the back of my Caprice and it fits, but it's not the same. It's fine though. As far as shining them, you definitely can. I took my set and hit them with sandpaper from 80 grit (had heavy heavy oxidizing) up to 800 and then clear coated them. They look great.
