| My '87 Electra Estate came to me with no salvageable front or rear bumper fillers.
I am trying to decide which material makes a better replacement.
The ABS folks say that theirs wont crack like fiberglass;
The Fiberglass folks say that theirs won't UV embrittle and crack/disintegrate in another 30 years.
The car will likely be 100% garaged from here on out; so UV exposure is not really a big concern.
Any wisdom from folks who've already rolled down this road would be appreciated.
Also any advice on vendors as I have found a couple via ebay and google searches; but if there's a GOOD one I'd rather know the truth.
Many thanks to those in the know!!.

| Most newly reproduced bumper fillers nowadays has better UV protection.
Side note do you need any NOS front end parts for that wagon of yours? I may have grille, grille surround and maybe even headlight bezels.

I’ll have to let you know once I’ve looked at the front end more closely. We pulled it into the garage the night we brought it home and have yet to back it out again. I installed a right rear tail light and two new bulbs tonight and bolted her new VA Antique plates. I have a new pair of low beam headlights to install, the current ones have moisture in them.

| https://replica-plastics.com/There's your source. They make the 3 piece rear fillers for GM B-body wagons from 1980-90. Friend has had business with this company for his '88 Buick. Great success. | |
