So not only me but my wife and kids want matchbox or die cast models of our RMW 1991-1996 models. Are they any toys like this? Where can I get them?

Short answer is no. Their was a kit by modelhaus but you had to hash it with an Impala SS model. It is no longer available and was not a toy but a styrene model.
I have seen sedans in matchbox like cars but no wagons yet.
