Well its about damn time I made an account on here.

I've been going through family photos and I keep seeing the old family wagon. I'm wondering if anyone, by some sort of miracle (lol) has seen this thing since we got rid of it. I'd love to figure out what happened to it.

We had a Light Adriatic Blue '94 Caprice wagon, loaded with the towing package, etc... VIN #1G1BL82P8RR182976. It was originally delivered to Arroway Chevrolet in Katonah, NY (I'm reading off the window sticker here). My parents bought it from Willow Street motors in Hyannis,MA in June of 2001 with roughly 110k miles on it. My mom traded it in to the Ford dealership in Hyannis in 2005. She had been complaining about the roof leaking on her when it rained.  I believe it had around 150k on it by them.

Anyway, I have fond memories being in the back (and eventually front) of this thing, listening to that beautiful LT1 idling so smooth and quiet. We used to chase trains with it as well and it had no trouble with that. My dad tells me he won a few races with it when he was alone. It would burn rubber so easily. I also remember finding a dyno sheet years later from an inspection that had been done that said it made 282hp at the rubber.
