1992 White Caprice Wagon FS

My son's 2nd owner 92 L03  145K tow pack car is up for grabs.  He is in the Navy and hasn't had the time to sort through the little stuff.

The good:
Runs great, 3.23 posi rear, good tires (Goodyear ATs so it has an aggressive look), Crager Soft 8s (15x8), aftermarket CD with aux input, Grey interior in very good shape with luxury option (nicer seats, power seats etc., new tint on all windows except tail gate (was going to swap to a defrosterless glass in future).   Currently sporting a 9C1 dash and surround showing 185K (have original cluster and surround with 127K).
Loosleaf binder full of receipts from original owner, dealer maintained up to 98K
Have 1992 Factory Service Manual will through in for the asking price.

The Bad:
paint is getting tired
Tailgate has a dent, but still functions both ways.
Needs AC compressor (but blower and heat work well)
Rust at the top of the D-pillars on both sides.
Vampire power draw on radio - fine if driven everyday, but pull the fuse it sitting more than 36 hours.
Dash is cracked by Defrost vent (common issue)
windows are very sticky - work good if you pull the door panels off, never sorted through it.

So solid car on the bottom, needs attention around the D-pillars and AC compressor.

Main issue is that this will be for my son and mother needs some pics to show him in the hopes that he will say he wants it. TBI car would be much cheaper and easier to maintain.

Not easy finding cheap cars these days and most of those are being sold by bullshitters. We know we can trust you and that helps a LOT.

Back up for sale again, daughter scored a newer car from her grandpa.
Prices are going up on these and I need to move it for the new car. Would love to keep in the family...

Sold! She will get some love and be out cruising again soon.

Glad it sold to someone that will use it as intended. I was holding off because if it came up here it would have never seen the road again.
