Hey everybody, greetings from upstate South Carolina!
I'm glad to have stumbled upon this gem of a forum, looks like a great place. I have a 1993 light blue Chevy Caprice Classic with the 5.7 engine in it. It's bone stock with about 125,000 on it. I bought it July 2019 from the ORIGINAL OWNER from '93. He kept it in mint condition and it drives perfect. My parents had this same kind of wagon when I was young so I grew up on it and loved it. When I saw this one for sale a couple hours away from me I jumped on it and have been loving it since. I have put about 20,000 miles on it since I bought it and use it for roadtrips my wife and I go on as well as my daily driver to work.
I have put Bilstein shocks on it since it still had the originals on it which were completely dead, as well as a new fuel pump and plugs/wires, but that's all it's needed.
Hope to come to a wagonfest sometime when those get going again and to see some of your rides!

Welcome to the pod. Silverfox103 is the organizer of the next meetup in Oct in Dover, NH (still tentative). Beautiful time of year: foliage season in Northern New England. A bit of a honking ride from SC, but possible in one day if you like driving. Drop-dead gorgeous country and weather at that time of year.

That would be an awesome trip for us. My wife and I are no stranger to long driving days. We've actually never been in the New England area and would love to go during that time of year. It depends on the dates and if I can get off of work, but it sounds like a great time!

Welcome aboard! My fave color on a wagon too (had an Olds that color, and two Buicks with wood in the light blue). Next FL Wagonfest will be last weekend in March in Daytona, FL. Member Brokecello is from Greenville, SC but doens't have a wagon anymore.
you can look at the pics from past events at Daytona. It's a fun one as we hold it at the Spring Turkey Run, so LOTS of cars to look at.
