1993 Buick RoadMaster Wagon making road worthy

Purchased a 1993 RMW need to make it road worthy....
My significant other suffered a stroke,,,, need RMW
to move wheelchair - walker and what ever else that's
required to make her life a tad better....

Wanted to buy.... high mount brake light with lift gate
handle also known as third brake light.... also need the
license plate lamps/lenes left and right....

Is the third brake light completely missing or just non functional? I was able to get mine working by lightly sanding rust off the contacts. I can send a picture when I get home if that's the case.

after 5 posts, you can post ohotos, take a pic of the rear hatch glass showing what's missing. Pretty sure I have one in the garage somewhere ( condition unknown but probably okay). harass me via private message to look for it.

I'm a couple drinks in on Sunday eve and most likely will completely forget I said I'd look for it.
