Interested in NOS ideally, but a good used one that is not baked off would be great too.
Background:
When I drove Betsy, my 1996 RMW, halfway across the country last summer, that hose fell off the check valve a few hours away from my final destination. The noise alerted me, I stopped at a small shop off the next exit in SW Pennsylvania, and a mechanic sliced off the end (at the check valve) to reattach it with a metal clamp. Attached are pics before/after:
Before:
Fallen off:
Cut and reattached with metal clamp:
I thought that the hose had frittered away (i.e., that the rubber was dried up from old age and had broken off at the edge), and thought nothing more of it after the successful cutting/reattachment. Indeed, for the next ten months, I had no issue whatsoever -- but a few weeks ago some noise reappeared, and sure enough the (now shortened) end at the check valve was going bad. This time, I looked more closely, and saw that in fact it was being baked -- not dried up. Looking into the cause, turns out that the check valve is bad (allowing some hot gases to flow into the rubber hose, which cooks it). Here's what mine now looks like:
Problem:
The check valve is widely available, and I will replace the faulty one this week with an AC Delco Gold (P/N 19307616 ) from RockAuto. Note that a GM Genuine NOS (P/N 2141045) is also available at RA, but at 6 times the price of the ACD it was eye-waveringly expensive and so I went with the ACD.
I cannot find a replacement NOS hose anywhere. The part number is GM 12554956 and it is for 1995-1996 Fleetwood, Roadmaster, and Impala SS.
Solution?
If you have one, either NOS or a good used one, please let me know either here or via PM? Here's what it looks like:
Thank you!

Dart at Matt's Used Auto Parts in New York found a hose for me. Perfect match to mine: below is a photo showing the one that he sent (with the two original clips), and mine (partly destroyed, on the right).
I can't recommend that junk yard enough for B-D body needs. Dart goes the extra mile to find the right part in good condition, and he has come through multiple times with quality used parts for Betsy, my 1996 RMW.

Don't people just delete the whole smog setup anyway?

You are correct. There's more than just replacing a hose to fix that. For that to have a deteriorated, toasted look, there's more to the problem. Been there, done that.

Indeed, the check valve was found to be bad --letting in hot gases that toasted the hose. That is why the check valve is being replaced too.
Thank you for the offer. Looks like the one that I got from the junk yard is in good condition, so it will be installed this weekend. If things do not go well, then I will loop back and get yours.

GM themselves found this system to be faulty and completely useless. So much so that at some point they tuned it out of the PCM at the factory but left the parts in place, your 1996 for example. Many of the older cars had the system tuned out by the dealer and a sticker was put on the core support letting smog testers know of the changes.
You fixed the check valve that was letting hot exhaust flow through the rubber hose so it should be good for many years to come.

I had the 2001 TSB (#01-06-04-011) done thirteen months ago, though the sticker that you mention was not applied by the dealer as it was unavailable at the dealership (it is available on eBay, but at very high prices and so I have refrained from buying one).
For records, the TSB (1) recommends to disable the pump, which is doable outside the GM network AND (2) requires the PCM to be flashed. The PCM refresh requires a trip to the dealer. Had it the TSB performed at Billion Buick in South Dakota, and I recommend the dealership highly. I posted details here.

I've attached a pdf of a sticker you can print for free, laminate, and stick on the radiator shroud. It's sufficiently official looking to satisfy any martinet who's looking for a reason not to pass the car.
The correct flared caps to seal the manifolds are available at Lowes.
