First of all, disassemble what you need to get behind the bumper cover and try to push out the crease with your hand. You might be surprised at what pops out. You might try warming the area a BIT with a hair dryer before actually pushing on it.

That corner piece is like gold. Treat it accordingly.

Yes, it's fixable. Take your time and salvage what you can. As Rev Bob said " that corner piece is like gold and treat it as such. I personally think it's more like platinum and treat it as such. Just keep in mind, I am parting out a 96 RMW but! after the end of this month, I am moving it on to rustier pastures.
I may or may have parts and or Fred Kiehl may have parts.

All else fails and since you are in Florida. I have a very nice RMW cover on my Caprice that I would sell. It isn’t red but could easily be painted.
