| All you need to know. I’m writing this for first-timers so veterans, bear with me. Overview - Wagonfest’s goals:1. To meet and hang out with other wagon owners, 2. See lots of wagons in one spot, neat modifications, and 3. Swap parts. WF11 will be very similar to WF10 with a few small tweaks and (hopefully) improvements. The overall day schedule remains relatively unchanged. New/changed items:• Friday events are completely new. They include visiting the Watkins Glen racetrack, taking several laps, getting pictures, and then hitting Mac’s drive-in (in Waterloo) for dinner. The cruise to and from should be beautiful as well. (in case you’re wondering, the Petro truck stop is no longer doing Friday night car shows) • Saturday meals are simpler/easier – just ordering pizza for lunch and subs for dinner. Drinks will be available in coolers all day. • Entry fee is simplified to avoid last year’s confusion. • No formal Sunday morning activities. Registration Deadline is Sunday July 23rd so we can get the food ordered.

| Date: Friday and Saturday July 29th and July 30th.
Car focus: This event’s focus is primarily ’91-96 GM B-body wagons. ’91-96 B-body & D-body sedans and other year GM B/D-bodies are also welcome. This includes Chevy Caprice, Impala SS, Buick Roadmaster, Cadillac Fleetwood, and Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser.
Place: Seneca Lake State Park, Geneva, NY, Pavilion #2 (same as last year) Note: New York State charges $7 fee per vehicle to enter the park for the day. Get a ticket and put it on your dash so you can leave and come back during the day if necessary. Bathrooms are a 5-minute walk from where the cars will be. The entire area where we will be is wheelchair accessible, including the bathrooms; no steps anywhere.
Time: 9:30am – Dusk. The park opens at dawn, and you are welcome to come early!

| Registration: Why should I register ahead of time?A: Because ALL of the items (food, plaques, grille, etc.) need to be paid for ahead of time. Q: Can I register at the event? A: Yes, but seriously, register ahead of time. 1. Send money via pay pal to joel_banyai (at) hotmail (dot) com. Or mail a check to 6889 Thomas Dr, Liverpool, NY 13088. ATTN - please send it as a personal payment as I am not a business, and this will avoid the paypal fees! a. $20 registration. One lunch spot is included in this price. b. $5 per person for additional lunch tickets (children 10 and under are free). c. $6 per person for additional dinner tickets. NOTE that you need to specify how many for lunch and how many for dinner so we order the right amount. d. $25 per car for the Friday Watkins Glen activity. If we get 10 or more cars registered, this cost drops to $15 so you get 10 free auction tickets! If the event gets cancelled, your money will be refunded. Again, need a headcount so we can make final preparations. 2. Please include the following information: a. Year/Make/Model/color of your car, and where you are from. b. # of people attending in your car (adults/kids so we have a proper drinks headcount). Once your registration is received, I will post your info below. Do not forget to bring cash for the chance auction. Tickets will be available at the fest. Bring cash and parts/items/tools to auction. Last year was a lot of fun and this year will be even better! Examples:1. Bob and Suzy and their four kids (age 14, 12, 10, are coming, in Bob's Caprice wagon. Registration total would be: $20 for registration which includes Bob’s lunch, and $5x3=$15 for additional lunch tickets and $6x4=$24 for dinner (Bob, Suzy, and their 14 and 12 year old) = $20+15+24=$62. 2. Mike & Diane who are married to each other and own two wagons. Diane drives her wagon on the track on Friday. $20 x 2 wagons (2 lunch spots are included) + $6x2=12 for dinner + $25 for Friday , so $77 total. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS IN ONE PAYPAL PAYMENT without clearly spelling out who’s coming and who’s driving what. This caused a lot of confusion last year.

| Stuff at the park for the kids: • Swingset next to the pavillion • Large grass area for frisbees, soccer balls and stuff (please keep this away from the cars so they stay safe!) • Long walking trails along Seneca lake • Award-winning spray park about a 3 minute walk from the Fest. • Mike L (200OZ) to bring some stuff.
Stuff for other family members: • Waterloo Outlet Malls are about 20 minutes away. • State park has lots of walking trails. • Downtown Geneva is nearby (5 minute drive), lots of little eateries too.
Rain plans: Rain or shine. The pavillion has plenty of room for everyone. Pray for no rain. It is rare that it rains all day in Geneva.

| Chance Auction: Continuing what we started in 2010: there will be a chance auction (sometimes known as a Chinese Auction) as a way to both support WF and to have some additional fun. The way it works is this: • You are welcome to bring an item or several items to contribute. • Each item will be setup on a table in the pavillion with a ticket cup next to it. • You can buy as many tickets as you want. $1 a ticket. Buy tickets at the registration desk. • During the afternoon awards, a winning ticket will be pulled from each jar, and the item given to the winner! • The item contributor gets 75% of the number of tickets in his jar. For example, if Joe Schmoe contributes a Roadmaster grille and there are 60 tickets in the jar (before the winning ticket is drawn, of course), Joe gets $45. If he contributes a taillight and gets 40 tickets, then he gets $30. If the numbers don’t divide cleanly, the amount gets rounded to the nearest dollar (so if Suzy puts in a hood ornament and it gets 5 tickets, then Suzy get 5 x 75% = 3.75 -> $4.) Item guidelines: • You are welcome to bring more than one item to contribute. • The total number of auction items will be limited (perhaps 150 or so) so as to keep the auction from going too long. • On the morning at the fest, bring your items (or a list of them if they are bulky) to the pavillion. A few volunteers will survey all of the prospective items and choose which ones will be used as part of the auction. This is done both to keep the total reasonable, and also to make sure we don’t end up with 4 driver’s side taillights. If your item doesn’t get chosen, don’t take it personally. Just list it on the swap board and you can sell it that way! • Good examples of items include tools (got any extra tools you don’t need?), gift certificates, detail products, extra car wash /wax materials you won’t use, mechanical parts such as working optisparks, water pumps, ignition coils, washer fluid tanks, coolant tanks, driver’s door hinges, unobtanium such as woodgrain trim, taillights, grilles, headlights, power mirrors, stainless trim, power antennas, center caps, sail panels, seats, serpentine belts, interior trim, window rollers, etc. • Stuck EGR valves, dead optisparks or broken Roadmaster grilles do NOT count (though you are welcome to simply bring items to give away if you want). • Please contact Sherlock9c1 if you have a question regarding your item.
Items must either be new or working, undamaged usable condition – no junk.
All funds generated from the auction will be used only towards costs of the wagonfest or towards prizes. (Remember how the kids eat free? Well they don’t really… but you get the idea).

| The Parts Exchange: As you may know, many B-body wagon parts are becoming hard to find, or are heavy or bulky and therefore expensive to ship. One of the most valuable helps to support owners is to provide a venue in which we can make parts available to each other. Thus, there will be an informal parts exchange happening all day at WF11.
Prior to the fest, the GMLR forum will host two threads: Parts for sale, and Parts wanted. This way you can make arrangements ahead of time.
At the fest, we will attempt to have a poster board in the pavillion with the same two categories. You are welcome to use the board to see if someone needs what you have or has what you need. For sellers – please type, print and bring your list ahead of time with your name and cell phone number on it, and we will post the papers on the seller board at the pavillion for folks to browse. Do not post prices at the fest per park rules.
Park rules strictly prohibit flea-market type activities, and we need to respect that. The park staff has been gracious with us and we’ve been discrete too; let’s keep it that way. You are strongly encouraged to barter! Southerners, bring rust-free parts, and northerners, bring clean, non sun-damaged parts!
With the exception of chance auction items, please keep all items in your car per park rules require an additional permit for formal swap meets. A buyer should find you and then he can inspect the item at your vehicle.

| Parking at the fest: • Follow the WF10 signs to Pavilion #2, turn right, and then right at the pavilion. • Park along the edge of the road in the grass like last year. • Park rules are that we can only park one car length into the grass, so if you can park perpendicular to the road and no more than one carwidth away from the next car, this will help keep the cars closer to the pavillion so folks don’t have to walk as far. • If you park along the water, please park as carefully as you can so that folks can fit in. Between trees and benches, it’s a bit tricky. • If you park opposite the water, watch out for the dip next to the road.
