I have to look, the wood tabs (trim) had come off I have it, but its not attached. Only problem with the interior of course. Its the part you are interested in.
Other then that I think the panel is in good shape I'll go take a picture, Its so hot here it may be this evening

What is a fair price for the third row seat assembly? (belts, bolts, seats)

I'm looking and can not find a set for sale. Guy offered me $50 seems a little low? Or is this the going price?

My 2 cents: I would say $50 is fair. There is hardly any demand for those seats. Tell him he can have it for $50, but let him take it out. I haven't taken one out, but guys that have say they are kind of a pain.

Sold the car to a guy who's BRMW is rusted out in the back he is going to use the front cap and put her back on the road! Good news.
