WTB: Front Plate Bracket/Mount

Guys one of our CarISSMA club members just recently helped his Son in Law Purchase a 95 Imp SS. The Car is needing a front plate mount bracket due to his place (State) of residence. He is looking for a FACTORY license plate mount. So if anyone has one laying around or know where he can get one please let me know. He wants to do it right, and doesnt want to just put holes in the front bumper.

There is a 96 Caprice in the local yard. I am headed there on Friday, and can get one from it. I do not have a price.
