That fox was my first car. 1988 lots of go fast goodies under the hood! Sold it to my best friend a few years ago. Its nice still getting to see it. And take the occasional cruise for old times sake!

my first car was suppose to be a 88 mustang lx with a (dont laugh) 4 cylinder. my step father bought it for 500 bucks when i was 10 years old. he tought me how to put spark plugs and a full tune up on it. first car i ever worked on.
then him and my step mother broke up she took it and parked it in a garage when she met her 6th husband. when i turned 16 i went to her to get it and she said i had to buy it off her she wanted 800 and it wouldnt run. it was promised to me when i was ten so i wasnt paying that. took a year but finally talked her down to 200 and told her i would be back thd following friday with a tow truck.
when i showed up tobuy it she had givin it away to her brother and law and it wound up in the junkyard. still had to give the tow guy 50 bucks for wasting his time and gas.

sorry for threadjacking just seen that foxbody and it brought back memorys.

yeah it turned out for the best i wound up getting a 88 cadillac fleetwood blue with a 1/2 white vynle top well what was left of the vynle lol that was the start of bigger cars

i like the way you can syill see shades of red in the paint. that and the baby moons make it looks very "rat roddish" nice wheels btw what kind are they?

Not sure exactly what the wheels are. Just 15" steelies with chrome dipped lip. They are a 50s theme wheel. And I ordered the baby moons from a local place called Hub cap kingdom. I know summit and Cragar sells very similar wheels. I'm thinking about painting the tire letters white or red.
