| Here is a picture of the cap before and after I sprayed mirra-chrome on it. Once sprayed I clearcoated them, and it dulled them out just bit but perfect match to the lip. These are going to look so dam nice on Jade. I sanded and hit a bit of paint on the backside too | |

Yes they are, here is what gives: Chris and I agreed on me painting my rims in return for his white wagon. But when thngs went south for me, it just so happened to be the same exact time Chris sold his eagle alloys. And those were suppose to be going to go on his wagon, so I felt like crap for backing out on the deal. So I still honored our original agreement because he was so psych'd on getting these for his ride. So I prefered to keep him happy and we are working it out financially. That doesn't mean I won't have set on my wagon when wagonfest comes around,... but things need to change on this end, work wise for that to happen. But work is coming in slowly and we got walk before we can run.

Nothing worse than making a plan only to have a seller backout and screw up the whole plan. I sold something recently that i didn't want to sell unless i could upgrade it, to pay for something else, only to be told what i wanted to buy was no longer available, seller changed their mind,. pretty frustrating. | There are going to be a few wagons at WF that would look great with those wheels!Jarrod, you may have a business idea here.Maybe offer sets of wheels prepainted to match the new Camaro's, Mustang's and Challengers for starters.Buy a few sets first in the popular sizes and go from there. Advertise in the pony car magazines for starters! |

| Have the cer owners buy the wheels they want and have them shipped to you!You do your magic and ship the wheels in the same boxes to the owners!Cuts down on your cash outlay and get the shipping to the new owners prepaid! |

| Thats only 25.7" tall. Are you sure you want to run such a short tire? Not going to have much rim protection with such a short sidewall either. |

| Why so narrow? How wide are the wheels? |

| A 255/45/18 would be about 27" tall and would give you more sidewall protection as well. |

| How about some Ford Lightning 295/45/18 fatties for the back?
Those wheels look great. If a better looking car shows up at WFNY I'll be surprised.

| Well, it comes down to the budget too. Id love the larger meats, but the prices go up quite a bit. We will see though once the final numbers are in! Im still hunting for sure... Moving to the wheel and tire section too | |

| I ran 275/40's on mine and that was only a 26.7" tire... And I think that was about as low pro as I'd go.

I agree with Bill. This is what I have on my Impala SS. Works great, but no lower.

| Go to your local independant tire store and have them help you pick out tires. You will end up getting a good price. If you take in tires you bought online they will rape you on the labor. | |

| I have to say that those are some sexy rims. My question is: with all that 'open' real estate between the spokes, how does one avoid having the look ruined by the rotor/caliper mess? | |
