| Can this unit be used to replace the Electronic climate control? I'm really not liking the landing light brightness of the electronic units display.

| It would, but with a lot of rewiring I would guess. The electronic ones uses solenoids and motors to do everything, this type is cable driven and a manual vac switch among other things. | |

Vern The manual controls will not simply swap into an auto cc car. I am going to assume you have an aftermarket radio. The Climate control gets it's dim signal from the factory radio. When it's removed, the climate control remains at full brightness. | |
