| Hey guys, I am trying to sell my 1994 Roadmaster Wagon. Here's a link to my Craiglist listing http://desmoines.craigslist.org/cto/3735213408.htmlPlease reply if interested or call me at the number listed in the ad. I would MUCH rather see it go to one of you guys than someone around here that would just crush it. So if remotely interested PLEASE contact me. Thanks, Collin

| Seems reasonable to me and if it wasn't so far away from me I'd be tempted to take a look. My son is about to get his license and something like that would be a decent first set of wheels. | |

| Sure would be a very safe first car but beware of the LT-1 power that would make it faster than Dads! |

As a consumer, there are some things that trigger my spidey sense... (issues marked in red )
YOUR AD:
I am selling my 1994 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon. It has around 240,000 (scares MOST people) miles. -The woodgrain stickers and trim have been stripped off to prepare for paint (WHY?). It has very little rust on the body, even in the typical wagon areas there is hardly any. (THIS is where I stop reading... key words here: VERY LITTLE and HARDLY are BIG words....compared to what???)-15x8 Centerline Autodrag wheels. -Professionally tinted windows to 5%. -LT1 350 with LT4 Hot Cam and new Opti Spark -4l60E transmission shifts smooth -Dual Flowmaster Super 44 mufflers The car runs and drives well. I have replaced the belt, radiator hoses, opti spark distributor, timing cover gasket, valve cover gaskets and intake gasket. I also removed all of the factory air intake baffles and replaced them with a higher flowing setup. The air pump has been removed and blocked off. The only downsides are that the oil pan gasket leaks, the fuel gauge isn't accurate and the Passkey system acts up occasionally. I have started dying the interior so it is multiple colors at the moment. It has a blue hood and a tan tailgate. (Again, WHY??)This would make a nice project for someone who likes B Bodies. This is NOT a hit on you, you asked why nobody bites on the ad. This is just my opinion....

| Thanks for all of the advice guys, I guess I could try to reword the ad. I am in the process of putting the original Roadmaster seats back in (I had blue leather Caprice seats in it previously). If it doesn't sell locally in the next couple days I will update with interior pictures. I have now taken the Centerlines off, put stock Caprice alloys on it and lowered to $1100. We'll see if there are any takers. Again, thanks for the advice.

Most on here have already slipped into the wallet sucking vortex of gm, its like that old addiction commercial. I buy projects, so I can fix them up, so I can sell them, so I can buy projects, so I can fix thm up, so I can sell them, so I can buy projects, so i can fix................... try ebay if you have no local int.

| Need more detail on the transmission too - you have any data on that? Not that I'm interested, but if i was, I'd seriously want to know the history on the trans. | |

They sure are, I will start a separate for sale thread in the parts section. Shipping would be killer I'm sure but I could try it.
