| I'll start, for me, WagonFest officially starts on Thursday when Tim comes to wash his car.... Friday, July 26th, 10:00am: Getting ready for the Thunder Road Tour at Watkins Glen, I went out to get my RMW loaded up ready to go..... or not go, no start, huh? After checking things out I had no fuel pressure, fuse good, power at the plug..... bad pump, arrrrrgh. Called Tim, got a new pump, my wife went into the city for a sending unit, and at 12:30 it was running again. Tim came back to my house from Geneva to help with the pump, that's how you know who your friends are. Thanks again Tim. We got cleaned up and headed to Watkins Glen, well after a short detour to Phelps to get Dan (bigbluey88) back on the road. Some one else will post pics from the Glen, I forgot my camera. Saturday was again a beautiful day in Geneva, NY. Randy (Yakko) and his wife relaxin' at the fest. Tim taking some down time. Matt polishing up his nice "new" wagon. The wind moved in around 3:00pm, it sprinkled a bit but nothin' had happened by 4:00pm when we left. It was a great day, and I think we all had a great time. Thanks Dave (lakeffect) for all the time and hard work keeping WagonFest going. We'll see everyone next year Mike | |

| Photos from Wagonfest 2013 The Buick Cake made by Lynol. The finish on his home made cake was by far better than the finish on my home made paint job on Shammoo's hood, So I got the recipe for the icing from him for future reference. It beckons: Swapping lies about, and parts for four wheeled whales The New england chapter of the forum, waiting for the Icecream truck to show up.
The wagonfest wives plotting to get even for being dragged to Wagonfest Future wagon owners of the GM Longroof Forum. Now I know where all the red licorice went. Mike and Jay comparing the linings of their wallets. Sales tax not included I know it looks like Tim Swink forgot his dental floss back at the campsite again, but he and Mike Lawrenz were really testing for an open circuit between Tim's fillings and his hearing aid. Tim kept asking if this meant he was AC/DC or AD/HD or something like that. With his fingers in his mouth, it was hard to understand him. Mike kept turning up the power until Tim's ears started to belch smoke. Three others immediately got in line to try it next. Joel was doing some reprogramming on his laptop. Here we see him plotting Nuclear Winter on the ECM of Pat's unsuspecting LT1. It had been hot wired to a battery. Right afterward we heard Star Trek music from the car, and all we could get on the radio was some guy with big ears asking to be beamed up to the mothership. ( see Pat's license plate in another thread) Oh come on now, get real. You didn't really think you'd get away from not seeing Shammoo, the Prince of Whales, Did you? Wagonfest 2013 awards. Ladies and gentlemen, your fellow forum members and families of our GM Longroof Forum's Wagonfest 2013

| I'd like to add my personal thanks to many who helped this event to come together.
Bewber for the Wagonfest window stickers. Brokecello for the dash plaques. Brian Peet at Precision Screen printing. Extra bucks in the pot from several fellow forum members to help cover costs. Diane Cummings, our forum photographer (postings when she gets back home) Fron many, help with the tent, setting up, clean up, and garbage detail. Tim Swink, for leaving early so he wouldn't take all the trophies home again this year. ... and others that I don't intentionally mean to snub by forgetting their contributions. I'm just addlepated.
And most importantly, all the participants who came and shared the day and both their affliction and affection of B-body wagons with the rest of us fellow whack jobs from the GM Longroof Forum.Thank you all!
By the way we had SIX out of the eight forum mod/admin folk present at Wagonfest. A great show of support from the leaders of this forum.
Dave

| Along with all the fun, we had technical seminars as well.
Mike showing us how to drain oil into tiny paper cups. Changing blower motors in the middle of a field.

Didn't want to tell that guy, that just last week there was an article on the net, about the 10 worst cars / sellers. The SSR was right there. He was telling me it got atleast 30 MPG. Well, they are rated 18 on the highway. He said they were made in Canada. I remember them as made in Mexico. Tom | |
