Horn, Wipers, and Power door wiring diagrams needed 92 RMW

Ok, so I just got the car back and there are a few things that I want to fix up.
The most important is the Horn wiring diagram since I need to fix that for a safety inspection.

The horn is inoperative. If I get a wiring diagram I'll be able to check if it's the slip ring in the steering column. It's too bloody cold out there right now to do a random poking around at stuff, so I want to check the diagrams out first and make my game plan.
The wipers work on all settings except the intermittent (all speeds of continuous, mist, and washer settings work fine). I have a feeling it's the pulse board but that's more based on my experience with 80's Caddies, don't know for sure here.
The rear driver's power window doesn't work with either switch, I don't here any humming so I'm guessing is a loose connection somewhere.

I went to order a factory service manual online but I found a ton of different ones, It looks like there are a few different supplementals. Which book is the best to get?

First check and make sure the horns are hooked up,I had to unhook mine because the membrane in the steering wheel shorted out at 4 in the morning waking up most of my neighbors.

The Haynes manual has the wiring diagram in the back of the book. Their wiring diagrams are very good for trouble shooting. The horns are controlled by a relay, and the horn buttons on the 91-93 RMs are noted to break. There is a piece of monofilament that holds the button in place. If they are sticking up at the outside edge, the monofilament is broken. They are for the most part not reparable. Once in a while I find a good one. The buttons are the same on a couple of other models. I have seen some recently in the local junk yard. If the color is not the same, you can use SEM Universal Color Coat to color match.


The black box on the wiper motor is probably 99% chance of being the wiper problem.


Rear door window regulator is probably the motor.

93 RMW - horn stopped working. Fuse is good and no voltage in the switches etc. so I assume?? it is the relay. My Haynes manual is missing and I can't figure out where the relay is - the various images on the web don't look like my under the hood.
Is my assumption probably correct? and where is the relay? I see what appear to fuses and relays by the accumulator.

93 RMW - wipers are good except for high setting where they wipe once then just move up and down about an inch.
