| I’m dealing with a 1991 Chevy caprice and haven electrical problem with the ecm fuse not getting power and after establishing new power the fuse is poping need help no spark just turns over 305 Gm | |

| Sounds like 2 wires are worn together & exposed the jacket maybe. I’m not sure what the 305 engine bay looks like by the ECM. | |

At this point who knows what a previous owner did. Check under the dash for non standard wiring, look at the wires that bring you power to the ECM fuse and trace backwards. Going to guess you have a short somewhere. Electrical can be a PITA | |
